Much as you were looking forward to this wonderful piece of writing and research, I just didn't have the time or patience to keep going with the next two chapters, notes, and everything else. Never mind the fact that I accidentally deleted Chapter 4 so would have had to have retyped the whole thing anyway....
As I keep promising with all the other half-finished pages here, someday I'll finish all this. Until then, gaze upon my lovely visage.
